Following the initial consultation, we arrange a comprehensive meeting — in person at our Islamabad office or via secure video conference — in which the full facts of your matter are examined. Relevant documents are reviewed, your objectives are discussed in detail, and our legal team presents a tailored strategy for the handling of your matter. This session gives you the full picture before any commitment is made: the strengths and challenges of your position, the procedural steps ahead, the likely timeline, and our proposed approach.
Upon mutual agreement to proceed, you are formally onboarded as a client of AQ Law Associates. Engagement terms are set out clearly and transparently, covering scope of representation, fee structure, and the mutual obligations of the firm and the client. We take care to ensure that you fully understand and are comfortable with every aspect of the engagement before proceedings commence.
With the engagement formalised, our lawyers proceed with all necessary legal actions before the appropriate court, tribunal, or forum. This encompasses the preparation and filing of all required documentation, appearances at hearings and proceedings, advocacy on your behalf, and the active management of all procedural steps from the commencement of the matter through to judgment or resolution. Throughout this stage, you are kept informed of all significant developments and consulted on all decisions that require your input.
